Depending on where you buy your rib, they may hush have the white, glazed membrane connective weave on the back ( bone side ) of the ridicule. Ingredients  

  • 1-2 racks pork barrel rib ( *see note below )

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon impertinently ground total darkness pepper

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon chili powderize

  • 1 teaspoon onion powderize

  • 1 teaspoon inner light brown carbohydrate

  • 1 cup water

  • 1/2 cup apple juice , or ¼ cup apple cider vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke , optional*

  • 1 cup barbecue sauce, homemade or boughten ( *see eminence )

Instructions 

  • Remove membranes from the binding of rib, if needed .
  • Rubs seasonings over both sides of ribs.

  • Add water, apple juice ( or apple cider vinegar ) and liquid smoke ( optional, but recommended for that bang-up smokey relish ) .

*For the BBQ sauce I prefer sweet Baby Ray ’ s original, or this homemade bbq sauce
